Are 'yellow metal ramps' safe to use on H3?
The nice thing about H3s is you do not need ramps or stands to get under them and remove a drive shaft.
Look for the weight rating stamped on or on a sticker on your ramps before you use them. Ramps for a compact car are not designed for the weight of a FS Truck.

Just be damn careful under that H3.
The H3 does not have a true park. It has opposing front/back drive shafts or something like that. I damn near got crushed because it took off on me while I was below it. That is something I was blessed to live through (safely I might add) and vowed to always use extra safe guards from then forward. I wont go near the H3 without multiple wheel blocks and safety brake engaged and redundant safety measures.
Just be safe.
And those metal ramps are crap. I've got several and then tend to flex, buckle and bend easily. I now have composite extra heavy duty ones.
