noticed something weird with my wipers the other day, every setting on the dial works, except the highest speed. I did some googling and saw people had problems with wipers only working on high speed. But no problems like this

When you put the wipers on the highest setting they freeze in place, and they only return if you turn the wipers off. In fact, once they freeze, even hitting the windshield spray button doesn't make them move. Only way to fix them is to turn them all the way off and they return to rest.

I'm thinking its a fuse box problem maybe?
Its not the biggest issue, as the highest speed is only for massive downpours, and usually the highest speed makes it harder for me to see then just the continuous speed, but I wanted to make sure its not indicative of any other problems.

 

Swap relays #73 & #88 and recheck.

 

I second that. I had one fail, though I couldn't find it by swapping. I tested on the bench (intermittent problem - wipers would stop in the middle at times).

Parts stores did not have the relay - the GM dealer had on in stock, however, at a reasonable price as I recall.
