Will 285-75-16 tires, fit OK-H3 3.7L without lift?

If mounted on OEM spec size wheels................ yes.
Since those are bone stock 33 inch tires that came from the factory on all Adventure (Off Road) Models, what do you think?
Your H3 can also use 305s and 315s with no lift as it was designed on purpose for all of those, like mentioned in 3 bazillion some odd threads here about "what size tires fits?".
