where to purchase body control module

Not been here for a while. Now I need some info on the BCM. New battery always went dead after sitting 6 hrs. Are so. Could not trace it down so off it goes to the dealer. Dealer called and said BCM was full of water and green corrosion in it. The bad news is it is on back order. They can't find a new one anywhere. Maybe after Jan. I know they are on ebay and other places. $100 are less. When Dealer gets one it's Over a grand. Total is $1400. What to do. I talked to the guy who works on all the Hummers. Said it must be programed. If I can find one on ebay I would have to tow back home and put new one in. Don't have scan tool are knowledge to use it. Is it inside right side kick panel? Maybe I can have him put it back in and drive home? Mine is a 2008 Alpha, Do I get a BCM for that model are will all work? Pic of it and location for sure would help.

Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) Relearn Procedure
1. Turn ignition on.2. Attempt to start the engine, and then release the key to the “ON” position.
3. Observe the “SECURITY” indicator light. After 10 minutes the “SECURITY” indicator light
will turn off.
4. Turn ignition to the “OFF” position, and wait 10 seconds.
5. Attempt to start the engine, and then release the key to the “ON” position.
6. Observe the “SECURITY” indicator light. After 10 minutes the “SECURITY” indicator light
will turn off.
7. Turn ignition to the “OFF” position, and wait 10 seconds.
8. Attempt to start the engine, and then release the key to the “ON” position.
9. Observe the “SECURITY” indicator light. After 10 minutes the “SECURITY” indicator light
will turn off.
10. Turn ignition to the “OFF” position, and wait 10 seconds.
11. Vehicle has now learned the new password. Start the engine.

Found a BCM on ebay. Installed and hooray lots of things that were bad went away. Was programed and know my new key fobs off ebay was programed and I have 3. The BCM had got wet from the drain tube from sunroof. Tubes were cleaned out. TPMS works now. I know all this has been discussed here so on to the other problem. I have to pass emission test here in the Peoples Republic of IL. I have a code of P013C. Can anyone tell what that Is? And thanks to all who helped on all my H3 alpha problems.

Afternoon everyone. I ordered a BCM for my 2003 'Burb in late 2020 from https://highway71autoparts.com/ . They will program your BCM for you using the VIN on a refurbished controller. I did not want a Dorman model and have been very happy. Was like 200 bucks, had it within a week from MN to TX.
