I bought my '06 in 2009. Had 25K miles. In reading this forum's tips, I switched to Sylvania headlight bulbs for better light. Shortly after,I got a notice that someone sued Sylvania..for something ?? I filled the card out and forgot about it. Yesterday, I got a check for $9.74 from the class action settlement. I can't even recall what the problem was!!!..( Now have 29K miles )..

The bulbs were not lasting as stated. I hate them class action lawsuits the only one that gets a payday is the lawyer.

 

When I bought the '06..(Yellow/Tan/Lux.)...I just HAD to have it ! I'm sure all of know that feeling. Drove it some..but has actually never been wet except for me to wash it once a year. Shortly after I bought it.. I bought a Mercedes 450SL roadster. Spent a couple years restoring a few things on it. I drive it some in the summer, but mostly I use my custom King Ranch pickup. I drive very few miles anymore, and on a trip we use my wife's Escape 2.0 Turbo...so nothing of mine gets much use. Let the kids fight over them !!
