Default Transmission fluid question

I ordered AC Delco 10-9394 for transmission fluid. They sent me 10-9243, which says full synthetic. Ive already been changing with 10-9394. Will it matter if I mix them? Is there really even a difference in those fluids?

I do not see a problem with it, same brand. You are creating your own synthetic blend.

Where do you live? Every auto parts store around Detroit sells trans fluid off the shelf, usually several choices. While I almost always use ACDelco replacement parts, are do not consider ACDelco fluids as a requirement, just stick with a quality brand of the correct fluid.

DEXRONŽ‐VI Automatic Transmission Fluid is a synthetic blend.
Not sure how a full synthetic will react with a blend. May be no issue at all.
Check Bob's the oil guy website. Should be some stuff there.

Don't tell Amazon. The blend is sufficient, however the full synthetic last longer and cost 2x+more$$$

Local parts stores here sell for around 8bucks a quart for their store brands, more for quality brands.. Amazon is selling AcDelco quarts for less than 5bucks.

Amazon Amazon

Full synthetic more money:

Amazon Amazon

Hummerz, you got that right. I bought 12 quarts. At a savings of over 3 dollars a quart, you do that math. Of course auto parts stores around me sale it, but not OEM at that price.

Plus changing all the fluids at once costs a few bucks, so might as well save where I can without losing quality.

I ordered 10-9395 @$17.50 gallon (only 1 left) and 4 quarts of 10-9394 @$4.47 quart, and the seller sent me full synthetic today (10-9244 & 10-9243)... Over $100 bucks of trans fluid for $37.43 with shipping. I don't know how transmaxx(seller) is making a profit?

I would double check with AC Delco if I were you. PNs don't typically change if the part didn't.

The part number is probably for DEXRONŽ‐VI as Tainter said. I can't see a problem doing a mix. If it was me, I would do a full transmission flush to get as much of the non synthetic out. Just a suggestion.
