Trailer receiver hitch
If it is a brand name made for the H3, it should bolt on using existing frame holes.
However, you need to be aware that your truck that came without an OEM hitch has a different rear bumper than those that had the towing package from the factory. So add on aftermarket (this was hinted at by happythree) hitches will hang lower than the OEM.
Take a look at my OEM bumper that came with a hitch, it has a cut out in the center so the receiver can stay up tighter to the truck and not mess with departure/approach angle.

My wife's H3 has an aftermarket hitch but mine are oem. I've beat that hitch on hers over rocks and drug it in the dirt many times offroading. The oem hitch placement otoh lets you drag the license plate (and bumper) before the hitch sees any damage.
