I have an 08 H3 Hummer. My passenger side tail light is having some issues. My turn signal and my brake light will come on but my tail light wont come on. The three wires connected to the socket look fine and so does the socket so I am not sure what the problem could be.
I have changed the bulb, checked the fuse and bought a new wiring harness. Any suggestions?

Well, wiring in all GM wehicles from 06-07 aren't too great. All hecho en mexico. On my H3 I had similar issues, but I found out that the cables connected to sockets went dry and cracked. So I found the socket from Colorado and replaced it. Also the connector for trailer and license plate by rubbing against the frame got damaged and was shorting. Also, if you wanna go ****, go under rubber cover, where the connectors next to amp, check them, if oxidized, clean and put dielectric grease...

 

Do you pay any attention to the recommendations here? Spray the F...ing socket with Electronic Cleaner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
