i have searched on here for sunroof drain repair but I am still unclear on a few things. I have a small leak that gets the headliner wet right in front of the sunroof. Also on either side of the ceiling console where the sunroof button is. It seems like it is rear of the roof marker lights. Should I be looking at the drain tubes, the gasket, or the lights? s there any way to test the drain tubes accurately before I start taking things apart?

 

You can test drain tubes by opening the sunroof and pour water into the channels. It should drain as quickly as you are pouring the water in. Check to make sure the water is running out on the ground below.

 

Appears to be draining fine. I poured a galoon of water in and it drained within 20-30 seconds behind both front tires. The stained part of the headliner is definitely rear of the roof lights. Right along the edge of the sunroof. And moves slightly forward of there around the ceiling console. Gasket on the front edge of the sun=roof seems fine. What do you guys think I should check next? Should I take it to a sunroof place?

 

Water test is most effective. Close the sunroof and pour water around the seal. Marker light mount seals are also a common issue.
