Default Stupid questions looking for an intelligent answers

Ok...I am a new h3 owner and I have been reading as much threads here to answer all my senseless questions but i have not run across these so far.
1st- next to the rear wiper control are 2 unused ports...are they there for aftermarket switches of any kind? If so... does anyone have any pics of what they have installed.
2nd-Does anyone know how to replace if not remove the bulb behind the hazard light button on the dash? Its really bright and annoying
3rd and finally-how difficult is it to install aftermarket roof marker lights. Some ideas pics, cost and walkthrough would be great.
Also if you do not have anything positive to say please move on...Thanks

The (2) unused ports are next to the 12v accessory plugs are for the off road light switches P/N 88963884 (arrow up on button) and 88963885 (arrow down on button). The 2009 and 2010 Adventure models (front and rear lockers) put the traction control switch there, too.

You will eventually get used to the Hazzard Light and thank you for searching and finding answers on your own. Welcome to the forums.

To be fair, I notice the Hazard light, mostly when I'm riding shotgun in a 3...not usually while I'm driving mine, but he's right, it is a little overboard.

I'll go you one better on the hazard light. Mine apparently has a loose connection, stupid thing goes off and on while driving. Not a constant flicker type thing, but might be on for a few minutes, then go off for a while, hit a rough patch of road it comes back on... I'll try to get it fixed under warranty here in the next month or two (nearing the end of my 4 yr/50k bumper to bumper), but otherwise I'd be looking to pull the light as well. Honestly, I never really thought about it being too bright.
