It has OEM navigation unit looking like this
With monsoon
No Onstar or voice command
I have used Crux SOCGM-17C Radio Replacement Interface , The unit works fine and connection made as required , It's worked but no sound from the speaker only chime working .

Thank you very much I jave used Crux SOC17GM-17C first time, I noticed that OEM navigation having two main harness while Crux is only one connection, Then I decide to go with GMOS4 and what happened exactly is same, all warning chimes working even rear view camera but no sound from the speakers it seems there is wiring differnce for South African models I beleave these adaptor for the vehicle equipped with Onstar and voice control I will try to find the wiring diagram to find out Amplifier connection . I double checked all connection that made all are OK so I go back to OEM again till I find someone who made this upgrade to the vehicle with same options.
The interface box itself is not exactly high quality tech equipment. Many of those have had problems.
I am assuming you got the correct interface for the Nav replacement and did not check, you might want to double check.
Thank you
I double checked all connection made and found all OK it's pretty simple no complication, all wires are colored and labeled. This is not first time I did dthe upgrade, I have done it to my old cars all of them was "FORD" this is first car from GM for me
Thank you
