steering wheel off suddenly

Well, that was not fun. I did the test again with the wheels on the ground. All three bushings on the rack housing moved about 1/16". I guess this is out-of-bounds.
Can the two pin/bolt bushings on the driver's side be replaced by themselves? (w/o having to buy a new rack housing) And can they be replaced w/o having to remove the rack or disconnect the fluid lines?
