Default Starting question

Hey guys,
I used my car maybe 3 days ago and when I went to turn it on it wont crank on at all. I understand if it would crank the starter but it doesn't even do that. It's weird I used it three days ago perfectly ok. I checked the battery and everything seems to turn on in and the headlights but it dont crank. PLease can someone help me.

Just because lights come on does not mean your Battery is charged. When you turn the key, look at the dash for what is displayed............. ie passlock?

Terminology used is important. Are you saying when you turn the key it does nothing? Or when you turn the Key it tries to start (turns over) but will not fire?

Would it be because of check engine code: B1382. ?? Its saying Device Ignition ACC circuit low. I'm now sure how to fix it.

I turn the key but does nothing. It do not tries to start. also the passlock comes on for a few seconds then it goes away.

So I checked the battery dc voltage and its at 12.60 so the battery is good. Im not understanding why when I turn the key it doesn't crank or turnover.

I cant even put my car on the on position to put it on neutral.

I'm going to check the above left side front wheel well. I never seen a fuse box there only the one by the battery.
