Default Splash guards?

Having had our H3 for one day, the need for splash guards has become apparent; the sides (graphite grey)are dirty from puddles. I know....just wait until we go off road! But in the meantime, can anyone recommend splash guards for the H3?
TIA for any help.

I have seen a few installed but not many. Never looked for them so can't help on where to go but doubt the H3 requires any type of special splash guard. Fortunately I live in sunny( most of the time )Socal so it isn't the issue for me that it is for some.

I feel your pain! I washed the Victory Red brick, drove the kids to school, hit a big puddle from an errant sub-divisions lawn sprinklers and BAM! Spatters all down both sides, especially on the rear fenders which seem to catch it all from the front. Santa is bringing me some Husky's in a few days for both ends, I'll be happy to get them!

I had the OEM ones installed at the dealer before I took delivery.I knew I wanted them and not step rails. (Which was convenient because the front guards supposedly interfere a bit with the rails).

I wanted both the car and my pant legs as clean as possible. (Got the chrome rims for the same reason,...being solid spoke and not split spoke,...they'd be easier to clean).

The splash guards usually sell for about $70 a set. Here's an ebay auction for a set of 4 with adescent pic.

They could be larger. Some of the aftermarket ones might do a better job of keeping things clean,....I haven;t seen any so i can;t comment on fit or how well they integrate style-wise. The OEM onesseem to keep the sides of the car pretty clean,..but the front edgeof the rear fender arches still get a lot of gunk on them. But I'd guess that will happen with any of them. The arches stick out pretty far.

Lots of threads here on splash guards, do a search and you'll see other opinions. You can do nerf bars and OEM splash guards no problem - the bars only interfere if you bend them offroading (trust me on this one). OEM splash guards integrate nicely, they match the color and texture of the other gray plastic.

They won't block everything but they help. The mud in this picture is from offroading

and a closer view of the rear one

I can't resist. Here are two more pics of mud flaps being used for their intended purpose.

Maybe I should've avoided those 30' long mud puddles. And I shouldn't have gunned it, turning the wheel and sliding back and forth. Nah, it's a Hummah!
