Had oil leaking in #1 spark plug tube. After taking off valve cover, notice plastic spark plug tube had chips broke off where it meets the seal. The tube sort of looks like it has very shallow slit for screw driver, but I think they are maybe pressed into place or riveted into place.
Can these tubes be replaced or will I have to replace valve cover ?

Why change this? It will work great. The oil should not reach the tube. It is held in place by a rubber gasket.

 

Thank you for the response. Knee jerk reaction from me there and worrying over nothing. I see the seals are above and the tube extends further down. Apparently while trying to clean the oil out it had to be me and the paper towel/screw driver that also did the damaged to the tube.
