Default Seat Foam replacement

New to this site!
Just picked up a 2008 H3 for my winter vehicle.
Anyone know of a good source for seat foam replacement? I see lots of seat covers/etc on eBay, but no seat foam. Primarily interested in driver's seat but will probably redo the passenger as well.
Thanks in advance for you help!

You have a newly acquired H3, congrats and welcome. You should do some reading first before posting as the Hummer Forums Help & Suggestion Center is NOT for questions that relate to any vehicle, rather it is for questions on how to use forum features, like posing a pic or vid....

You H3 Questions all belong in the ...........

wait for it...................

H3 Section. Crazy like that here. I moved it for you.

Welcome to HF, The H3 seat foam is still available from GM parts.

Seat Cushion Foam

Part Number: 10388140

Shows OUT OF STOCK, go to your local automotive upholstery shop. A good one can re-foam all of the seats. Even make custom foam set if you prefer.
I did this with my Excursion. Those were the most comfortable seats I ever sat in.

You can also strip down the seat and remove the oem cloth or leather skin(covering) and just add new dense foam. Just go to Joann's or the like and buy some super 77 (3m) and get some varying thicknesses of foam. Spray glue the foam. Add new foam to the necessary areas. Then using electric carving knife or long razor box cutter shape. Or just add each thinner layer and shape. You'll just be building up using varied thicknesses and densities.
