There is no Maintenance Message for the Transfer Case and Manual Transmission. You have an issue somewhere else. Use the Search Function and will lead you to probable causes.

I checked my BCM with my OBD2 reader and there are no error codes at all! There was only this message on dashboard, same like the oil change message but it was Service 4WD. I just pushed the oil reset and it's gone now......

You need a scan tool that will read the tccm.

Always check wiring/connectors first.

Changed oil in T case and manual transmission. The message is gone ....
Did the front and rear diff too, so the oils are all new at same time.

Don't know how it works on your side of the pond? On this side, any warning light is stamped into the modules, failure time/date and code, retrieve that info and correct asap. Drive on and ignore like most do until a catastrophic failure.
