Aside from Dr Tom's banter (which still hold a few kernels of helpful information), there was a lot of good information in this thread. It would make a good sticky, although I bet it would get lost if moved to one of the other sections.

I actually just got finished (about 20 minutes ago) installing a set of OEM grill lamps. I already had the roof lamps. I wired the relay up like I posted, wired the switch up using the "blunt cut" wires that go through the firewall. The hardest part was taking my bumper off. And, I used 14 gauge.....lol. Heck, the OEM roof lamps used it! I figured a 6ft run wasn't going to hurt anything as it's good for well more than 20A which it's fused for.

With all the arguing and junk in it, no. Cleaned up and streamlined, yeah.
