Recommendations for a couple items

Hey all, new forum member but owned a H3 since 2008. Used it since we bought it in 2008 as a daily car but I'm getting ready to convert it into our animal rescue/disaster relief vehicle.
Questions: any recommendations for a front winch?Recommendations for a light bar?
Recommendations for a roof rack?

Any advice is appreciated!
