Hummer H3For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.
SO i was looking into the upgraded rear helper spring kit from Timbren and i noticed something maybe weird not sure but want insight. So based off all the videos ive seen the rear bump stop should be 1.5 inches apart to the plate. mine is totally no where near that, 2 inch rear shackles, Bilstein 5100 and 35s.
Rear extend length shackles raise the rear of the vehicle which would increase the gap between the bump stop and axle top plate. That distance is variable depending how the vehicle is parked (uneven vs level surface etc...)

yeah that's what I was figuring but wanted another set of eyes haha. SO would you say replacing them with the timbrel kit would be pointless?
What's your measurement center wheel to fender? My rear springs are still factory oe, I have 2-3/4" (@ bumps stops) & 23-3/4" wheel center to fender. No spare/jack/rear seats & currently empty of my tools.
