Rear Brake Rotors
I changed out the rear brake calipers with some brand new ones did brakes and rotors also. i notice that both the rear rotors are literally scorching hot after a drive. front ones are cool. is this normal on the H3? if not any idea what could be the issue?

Sounds like a stuck caliper piston, but if both are doing it, that would be odd. Wouldn't be the first time a remanufactured caliper was defective.
Did you change the rotors? If you did, did you back off the adjuster for the parking brake? I have not replaced my parking brake shoes yet, but I'm assuming they are just like ordinary drum brakes. The expander is on top, with a star adjuster at the bottom to keep things even. If you replaced the rotors, there will probably be more meat on the drum, and if you didn't back off the adjuster, there might be interference.
I just don't know how you would have gotten the new rotors on if that were the case....? Were they tight?

New rotors and pads create significant heat while breaking in. You should READ how to break in new brake pads and rotors and do it. Google it.
After some normal driving your brakes should "set" and act more like your old fronts.
