Default Rattling on passager side

I cranked TB up to 23" on both side. Since I'm deaf, my mom rode with me yesterday telling me there's rattling sound from her side somewhere between under her seat and wheel. I checked it out, turned out that bump stop already torn up. So I ordered trail duty bump stop, should be arrived by Friday. Hopefully! This morning I took my son to school, he told me he hearing the rattle. I asked him does it sound like shaking metal or thumping sound, I expected him say thumping since bump stop are gone. He said rattle like metal rattling on something. I searched on forum here and there. Seemly I can't find exactly or similar thread because what I came across that they saying it was steering shaft as coming from driver side. Headlights or grill being loose as far front. My son was pointing on front pass side floor saying somewhere there. I'm thumped after looking all over there. If it was bump stop, it would have made a thumping sound. Nothing loose or out of place. Any suggestion or idea where I could look for? BTW, it's 2006 H3, i5 TB cranked to 23". Rattle happens before and after I replaced 265's with 285's new tires yesterday evening. Still on stock shocks, nothing loose. Arm controls still firm. Nothing loose when I shake tire as jacked off of floor. Nerf bar still tight (it going be taken off later).
Any input are appreciated!

Can you be more specific about the rattle? Metal rattling, or more of a humm? Is is specific to acceleration, braking or coasting?
Could be that "classic" exhaust manifold heat sheild, or for mine it was the brake lines that run across the firewall had come off of its clips.

More info please.

As I said in earlier post that I'm deaf, I can't give you exactly answer. My hearing son just said rattling. I asked if it rattle when I go faster as over 30 mph. He said yes. What about slow strolling on parking lots, he said no. So I'll assume that it happens when I accelerate the gas. I'll check on brake line soon.
Since you're running on pro comp, which series? How do you like it?

Just looked at brake lines, seem solid and nothing loose. Must be cat back going bad since it's right at same spot where my mom and son was pointing toward. I'll take it by my mechanic friend and use his ear.

I would bet on the exhaust manifold heat shield long before I would guess bad CAT,..... but then again, you did not tell us how many miles are on your truck.

The exhaust manifold heat shield is under the hood, they often crack, make contact with something and/or just make crazy racket. Not uncommon.

Good luck and welcome to HF.

I pulled trigger on ordering 9000 from 4wheelparts for $233 including fast delivery few hours ago. Should be in Friday, looking forward to it.
