P0305 code
I have a 2006 hummer with about 167,000 miles on it. About 2 weeks ago the check engine light had came on and the code to follow was P0305, I had changed the plugs. It ran okay for a couple of days. Same thing occurred, engine light and P0305 code was shown. I proceeded to change the coil. Again ran okay for a day or two and P0305 code came across. At this rate I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

Welcome to HF.
Take a good look at the wiring to the #5 coil to see if there are any indications of cracked, frayed or missing wiring insulation. Make sure the harness is not rubbing on something.
What spark plugs did you use? With the I5s you will have much better results with AC Delco plugs, they chew up others pretty quick.
Do not run cheap gas through your H3, over time it just adds to potential problems.
When was the last time you cleaned your MAF and Throttle Body? Take a look at this thread for more ideas, let us know. https://www.hummerforums.com/forum/h...what-do-33916/
