By that logic you would also accelerate the change intervals on the tranny, transfer case, diff's, air filter, etc. Each fairly cheap.

I am reasonably confident that (barring unusual conditions) modern vehicle systems and lubricants can go to the manufacturer recommended intervals.

 

The Australian H3 requires a routine service every 10,000km (6214 miles). I change oil with the service and have not ever had the 'change oil' light come on. (except when the service technician neglected to reset the oil life monitor)
