Do you happen to remember how many full turns it took to get it to 23?

Every H3/H3T is different on how may turns to a certain height. We have owned 7 H3/H3Ts and so far none of them have been the same.
Even side to side on one vehicle they are not the same turns to achieve a level stance (side to side).

Ok, thanks for the info. I was reading 2 full turns will get you there but when I started watching some videos it could take up to seven... Lol

It is an adjustment. Has nothing to do with counting turns of the T Bar Bolts.

Turn, measure, drive, measure again, turn +/- repeat. Like Taint said, might take a bunch of adjustment on one side and only a little on the other.

Nice tires though.
