Good Morning fellow Hummer fans. I am now the proud owner of a very clean 2006 H3. I can't wait to read through a bunch of these articles and get a bunch of information to help me keep this clean (175,000 miles) H3 on the road. I am very picky about my cars. Currently own a 69 Corvette, BMW Z4 and my wife's BMW X3. Back to my question/request. I have done many researches and cannot find The "Negative Battery Terminal Cover" Part number # 88988168 anywhere. Like I said, I may be very **** when it comes to my cars but I do believe in keeping it as stock and original as possible and am missing/broke both covers for the battery terminals. I did find the positive one but not the "NEGATIVE" one. Does anyone know where I can get one? Even a used one would be fine as I can just clean it up. I thought about buying another positive one and just painting it black but it would have the wrong symbol on it as it would show a + (positive) instead of a - (negative) symbol. Thanks again. Lol 😂. I get that a lot. While we do have the same name, we are cousins. He is a relative but I’m not him. He has a lot more money than I do! 😂. He would be riding in the back of a Hummer Limousine!
