Check fluid level running @operating temperature. Also check fluid condition:

Top of the fluid to the "normal level" before you do anything else.

Take it back to the place that put in the rebuilt transmission, you should have at least a 90 day warranty.

Why wouldn't your first instinct be to take it back to the shop that replaced/rebuild your transmission and have them diagnose/fix it? Something is't adding up here.

I replaced the transmission my self I did buy a rebuilt transmission from Advance auto parts I do have extended warranty on it for a year I did spoke to the auto parts waiting for the answer on what they want me to do,I don't really want to touch the transmission to avoid any problems with the warranty what I just don't understand is why my scanner is not registered any codes on the transmission

Default H3 trans not shifting on its own.

Thanks for the input. Fluid and filter getting changed today. I just don't believe the trans is really hurt because it shifts great if you manually shift it.
