Default MAP SENSOR location

Or a how to change it would be nice...

Pictures would be helpful because I'm trying to do this myself.

YES I have looked around and put in the search engine Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor and MAP sensor and I'm not getting much in results.

I heard it's near the throttle body... but ya I have no idea what that is.

Before you tell me to not touch my H3... I want to try to fix it myself, you can't learn if you don't try. I also heard this was relatively easy to fix.

Or if anyone has pictures of the actual part in the actual engine because I have tried looking at

AND cannot figure those pictures out.

THANKS!

See that's the same picture I already saw that doesn't make too much sense. :/

So I'll need tools? Any idea which?

The first picture looks like it's saying take this apart but if it's on top why do I need to? Its not under the part that gets removed.

unplug the connecter, then push the 2 V-tabs inward and pull the sensor upward.

So from the first pic... I don't need to remove that part? That's what is confusing me.

I just remove the black cover and it's under there? That's it?

It's best to have the replacement part in hand then you would know.

No, you do NOT have to remove the manifold.
