Greetings! Issue just started happening on my 08 manual transmission H3 just over 100K mi. When I'm driving in any gear but mostly noticeable at lower speeds, the car has a sudden stutter or lurching feeling as if something is repeatedly disengaging. Seems mostly noticeable when maintaining a lower speed. If I get it up to higher speeds, while less noticeable, it still seems to do it as I can feel something momently drop out or something that feels like that. I included a video of it happening at lower speeds. Hope that helps.
