Default Main Cap Crate Bolts Sequenced?

I've got the torque sheet, but as I'm reinstalling the main bearing caps, to be followed by that crate cover, I started wondering whether the bolts will need to be sequenced as with cylinder head bolts, or just the thrust bearing first, then out each way? If so, anybody got the pattern?

Also, I had the diagram showing you needed to apply 2mm and 3mm of Ultra Gray in different places on the oil pan, but I can't find it. Anybody got that as well?

Thanks

3.5L, 3.7L or 5.3L?

3.7L (AFAIK, as to these two instances, the 3.5L is the same).

The V8 doesn't have the crate/rack between the main bolts and the main caps, and utilizes a regular oil pan gasket, so no need to use Ultra Gray RTV to make one.
