Squirt them hangers with silicone spray, on both sides where the exhaust mount meets up with the rubber hanger. Then use a big screw driver or medium pry bar for a little muscle. Actually, if you have a craftsman cotter key puller, works even better. Then catch, cause that exaust slips off right quick. When you put the new one one, slides right in easy peezy.

so..... do you have to cut the bumper for the exhaust tips? or is that indent there? i cant remember seeing it..

 

All tou would need yo make those dents would be a hammer snd a smooth and round surface
