Default Lower Control Arm Bushing Replacement - Front Suspension Restoration

Hi H3 Nuts,

Working on the suspension sys. and ordering parts. I'll be playing the part of the certifiable mechanic. H3 Base has 108k, so here's the laundry list:

Shocks (Either Monroe Reflex or Bilstein B8 5100s)
Upper Control Arms
In/Outer Tie Rod Ends (and boots)
Lower Ball Joints
Sway Bar Links
Engine (2) and Tranny Mounts (is this the Tranny Mount the Diff Bushing?)
Steering Rack Bushings (one shop made no mention of the bushings but recommended new gears for only $1,100). Will the cheap OEM's last at least 50k miles?
Bump Stops

Questions:
1) Lower Control Arm Bushings: Both shops I took the rig to made no mention of these 2 parts. They look shot. Youtube has nothing about them. Do they reeeeeally matter?
2) Key Lift: If I want to lift the front to the rear height, do you have a link to the right key? Will I need a different front shock part number?
3) What am I missing?

Btw, for whatever reason, the CV boots for both front axles look brand new (I didn't replace them after buying the 4WD at 70k). I replaced the driveline CV last year. All the rest of the rubber is shot.

Thanking in advance..

IMHO your choice of shocks are not what I would put on my H3. Go ACDelco Adventure (off road package) replacements or Old Man Emu Nitro-chargers.

What's a "key lift"?. You raise the front of an H3 using the torsion bar bolt on each side, absolutely NO need for any aftermarket "key" as the OEM T Bar keys can provide all the lift your truck can stand which is 23.5" max fender lip to hub center.

You can upgrade the steering rack and diff bushings with the kit from Outfitter Design.

Hopefully this post will bump my question back to the top. Finally getting around to ordering parts:

Upper/Lower Control arms, Which ones are most reliable?
Mevotech
Moog
AC Delco
Your favorite?

Thanks

I forget which side, but ACDelco Upper Control Arms are getting difficult to find. One side is more difficult than the other, but I can't remember which.

I used a MOOG on my old H3, had zero issues, but others say the Moogs wear out quick?????
