None of the interior lights come on when I open the door. There is a blue light on the front passenger floor that flashes on and off but that is all. The light on the passenger side flashes on and off even while driving. Also, none of the climate control ***** light up either expect for the orange line when you press for rear defroster, AC etc... On the plus side the **** for the rear wiper does light up. What should I be checking or replacing?

 

Possibly corrosion in grounds, connectors, fuse box.

Needs close up and personal inspection.

How long have you owned the rig? Aftermarket alarm system or remote starter? Year & mileage?

Door pin switches go bad, replace all 5 of them, then you know they are ALL new. $4.23 each

The interior is full of incandescent bulbs that will eventually burn out, especially the HVAC **** bulbs and door window switch bulbs. Many are replacing them with LEDs.

 

i think this is the dome light switch that is located next to where you turn the headlights on. You can have that pressed in and no dome lights will come on. Check that first. The heater **** lights burn out and you can replace them with new leds search the forums I know their is a good post for that fix.

 

Your blue light flashing sounds like an alarm system valet button or programming control.

These trucks are all getting old(er) and light bulbs do not last forever.
