hummer h3 2006 model-cranks, starts & stops

Hummer h3 ,2006 model cranks, starts & stops immediately, no codes or engine light. Anybody experienced the similar problems? any solutions found?
Which is the Best OBD2 PC/Mac software for Hummer fault finding?

try swapping out the fuel pump relay with
another one in the fuse box also look for corrosion "green crusty's"
.

Ignition Coil cylinder no2 was defective, replaced, all cylinder sparks are ok now, swapped the fuel pump relays, no change, fuel pressure is ok around 50 psi steady

steady padlock when key on ignition position, vanishes after some time, when cranks, starting & not continuing , it stops.

battery is ok.

what is the best OBD2 PC based software for Hummers?
