Thanks Gunner! I bet we bent the frame support back flange slightly. I wonder if I can just hammer it back it to position? I wont need much. Does the impact cover have bolts on the side also (in addition from the toe hook bolts?)

Pull it off Blue, there could have been enough of a spacing that it buckled the lower bumper piece... the mesh grill a major PIA to get off, I broke mine putting my winch bumper on...

There are 8 bolts holding the entire bumper assembly on: the 4 tow hook bolts, and two on each side underneath through the bumper bracket. Un plug the fogs, and the entire bumper comes off.

The lower impact cover is attached to the plastic bumper cover by a few 10MM bolts and a couple 12MM bolts through clips (along the top edge), and a couple christmas tree plugs through each side.

You may have only bent the frame end flange, or you may have bent the end of the frame tube as well?

Look at some BA Winch Bumper install threads at other forums and you will see how really easy the process is. Once you have done it, you can pull off the entire bumper in under 30 minutes with a ratchet and a couple sockets.

Great info guys...once I locate the parts, I'll try to tackle this job!
