Hard stall in closed loop
I got this new to me 06 3.5l 150,000miles
The truck is starting fine and runs in open loop but has a hard stall in closed loop, like I turned the ignition off stall, no hickup or stuttering. This stall is at idle and I cannot drive it once is stalls , I have to wait for it to cool/ go into open loop.
If i disconnect the MAF it will not stall.
I'm thinking this is a PCM issue but not for sure, I would appreciate any insight that y'all may have.

I cleaned the original MAF and when it didn't help replaced it with a new acdelco MAF just to be certain.
Please let me know what other info you need for input. The truck got a full tuneup I'm really at a loss except for a vvt or pcm issue
i am reaching my diagnostic limits and would very much appreciate some help
