Correction - 2009 H3x had an "x" and only on the rear.
The "X" looks like an Equinox "x" to me.

After seeing the post above. I did some research on the H3x, "x" emblem. I found out only the 2009 H3x had an "x" and only on the rear. No 2007 or 2008 H3x came from the factory with an "x". This "x" (pt#25906764) is a DISCONTINUED PART and No Longer Available For Purchase. If you really want an "x" find and Equinox in a junk yard or buy the entire Equinox emblem letter set.

FYI: The "V8" badge above was never used from the factory. Dealers would sometimes install them on the 2009 5.3L Championship Editions in the same position as an "Alpaha" badge.

Interesting. Shortly after I purchased my Alpha, I bought the "V8" emblem (on Amazon) and replaced my "Alpha" emblem. I always wondered which models actually came with it; it IS an actual GM part. Wonder why GM made it if they didn't actually use it from the factory?

BTW, both of the links I listed (for the "X") will allow you to put it in the shopping cart, but that's as far as I went with it. One lists it as a "special order", but still allows the purchase. Also found one supplier on eBay that lists it (no pic, though) for just $7.88, with $33 shipping!

I'm with GM parts. No longer available, no stock in any of the SPO/CCA warehouses. Plenty of online companies will take you money and try to order discontinued parts and tell you it's on back order. No reader purchase order was ever issued.

Actually, on early built CHAMPIONSHIP EDITIONS, there were a some anomalies. A few were shipped with the V8 badge and a few were shipped with a small HUMMER decal in the ALPHA badge location. Don't know if the badges/decals were applied by Shreveport or SVA but they arrived at the dealers with them.

It's funny how you have changed your story in the V8 badge. Back in 2015 you said this. But 3 gears later you now know it as fact... hmmmmmm

May or may not be fact. I have heard the "early shipment" story more than once. Last August I ran into a group of H3 guys in Ouray that were contemplating a try at the Corkscrew. One of them was driving a CE with the decal. He claimed he still works for GM and to have been involved with the HUMMER project. His comments regarding the decal were consistent with the "story". Maybe he looks at the forum and can give more insight as there was also some discussion of no RPO pinstripes as well.
