My H3 is new to me neither the front or rear window washer pumps work.
When I push the button or lever the wipers do come on but no fluid out Tank full cant hear anything form pumps
1) I checked both fuses 9 and 16 both good.
2) I pulled the reservoir found the two pumps checked voltage at the plugs NOTHING.

Is there a common or two relays ? if so where are they located ? any other ideas

I'm guessing you've checked the fuse?

 

Does everything else on the steering column stick/wand function correctly? You could have a dead switch or short in the wand.

 

How cold is it where you are? mine stopped working same tests as you and it ended up being that the fluid inside the pump froze. Once it warmed up a little here they worked fine

How cold is it well found in my garage 1/2 a bottle of window washer fluid good for -32 degrees.....it was frozen SOLID lol

 

I think I m going to pull the pumps soak in warm water and try it again with new heavy duty fluid but no connect o hoses and test it

Yes stalk on Column works wipers even kick on when push wash same for rear push the button and rear wiper comes on but no fuid

Hey new here. I have the same issue. I tried replacing the windshield wiper fluid motor and it turns out that wasn’t the issue. It works. Just doesn’t come on when I push the button on the wand. The fuses 9 and 16 are also good. Since I was having issues with the cruise control not coming on either, I think I might need to replace the wand or a fuse in the wand. Thoughts?
