Hummer H3For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.
My 2006 hummer h3 stalls when tapping the gas like parking or going slowly in reverse today I ran the air and it stalled like 6 times and the last time did not want to stay on but when I turned off the air it started stayed on and got me home then the window seemed to have little power what can this be

"Window seemed to have little power" means your battery is probably as old as this thread.
take the intake off and look at the throttle body. black bad aluminium good. you have to open the flap to see. just disconnect the harness plug when doing so. in case you like to have fingers on your hand

Also:
Let's try the Free stuff first.
Check ALL battery connections for corrosion inside the wire.
Try to remove and twist the battery terminals (positive & negative) without using a tool to loosen them. The OEM terminals are not very good.
If you can twist or remove them without a tool replace them with military style terminals (positive and negative are different sizes) or some car stereo style.
Check the ground from the battery to the engine block. FIY for Optima, Optima batteries can have a dead cell just like any other battery and test just fine until there is a load on them.
