Hummer H3For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.
After looking around for a way to lift my H3 and trying to contact companies to no avail I've started to wonder if doing a SAS would allow me to use a lift kit made for the donor vehicle, can anyone inform me if this would be viable or not?
A Solid Axle Swap IS your lift kit. The Rear Spring Over Axle will have to be done @ the same time.
You will set up the SAS for the desired lift you wish to achieve.
Be forewarned, it is NOT an inexpensive route. $10K+ to do it correctly.
This is mine.
Ford D44 HP retubed to a passenger side drop. Parts from Yukon, RCV, Thorparts, Dana, Spicer, Artec, PSC, Redhead Steering, Ruffstuff, Wild Horses, etc.
