Default front wheelhouse liner 2009 vs 2010

The GM dealer said the 2009 driver's side "Front Wheelhouse Liner" p/n 25901289 won't fit my 2010. The 2010 liner p/n 25931996 is discontinued, but the 2009 is not. A short desc for the 2010 passenger liner says "2nd design" (no desc for driver side).

Anyone know what could be different between the 2009 and 2010 driver-side liners? Would you expect a problem using the 2009 on the 2010?

They even said the 2009 front bumper filler doesn't fit the 2010, but I got it anyways (yet to see if there is a problem).

Yeah, never assume any GM Dealer knows their azz from a fence post, let alone is an "expert" in GM parts.

The bumper fillers are all the same 06-10, here is a pic. I replaced mine on my 07 years ago, then swapped the cover from my 09 onto the filler and bumper parts to my 07 when I sold it.

I replaced the passenger side inner fender on that 07 as well, easy job. I never had a 10, never replaced the driver side, but I am 99.5% sure the inner fender liners will fit all years. What I think happened is they changed the shape of the liner up by the bumper (the front edge may be longer/lower), but they change NOTHING on the truck that the liners attach to so it will fit no problem.

There is a slight difference in the rubber portion stapled to the plastic liner. Nothing that would affect any of the attachment points.

@Doc Olds would you happen to know if the radiator lower baffle from an Alpha would fit a 3.5L? Application lists it for Alpha only.

And does the lower lip of the moveable part attach to the radiator?

Well, an 3.7L I5 is what you have so find one of those, but again, there is no difference between the radiators, how they are mounted in the I5 vs Alpha, so if you are getting a smokin deal on an Alpha baffle and just have to get that instead, you can make that work.

The lower baffle mounts in front of the core support if I remember correctly (I removed all of mine to allow ARB bumpers and winch).
There is no difference in the front of the core support form I5 to Alpha except for that little "nose" looking piece that I remember.
