Im trying to legalise my British imported H3 in Madeira, Portugal. I need a copy of the European Certificate of Conformity before the authorities on the island will process my application. Can anybody help please?

Default hummer european certificate

No I gave up trying to get the Hummer registered here in Portugal. I took it back to the UK and sold it. To my knowledge there still isnt a European Certificate available which would allow legal registrations in EU. In the UK each car gets its own import certificate but that doesnt allow the car to be re-registered in the EU.
