H3 Engine swapOk I found a remanufactured engine in a crate. It looks great and I think I’m ready to pull the old one out. Can anyone recommend any steps that I should be taking when I do this swap out. I just wasn’t sure if there was something else I should be aware of. I’ve swapped out engines before in fords that’s it. And that was years ago when it could be done in half a day. Also if I should be changing anything else out. Since I’ve gone this far. Any suggestions would be appreciated

 

Step#1 Fill the cooler with beer.
Step#2 Drink a beer, or 2, maybe more....
Step#3 Videotape everything you do, so you can play that back to:
Step#4 Your call to a certified technician!
Step#5 Pay your technician for his time +add extra$$$ since you caused issues.

I’ve done swaps before they aren’t the difficult. But I like the beer approach thank you
