Door lock
You disconnected the battery, or it died you replaced it/charged it? Do a search!
Your fob may need reprogramming and your driver door window thing happens when you loose connection to a fully charged battery. Not unusual for older I5s to loose communication with the key fobs.

First:
Check battery terminals(make sure good quality-non oem, clean, & secure tight)
Check battery resting voltage (12.4v+ recommended)
NOTE: RKE will not control door locks until the master switch is operating properly.
The only way I have ever been able to reset:
1- Press unlock on the rke, open drivers door
2- Remove master switch and disconnect
3- Close door and press lock on the rke
((((((((((( WAIT FOR IT.... NOT SURE HOW LONG IT TAKES, I JUST TAKE THE SWITCH INSIDE MY HOME AND WAIT OVERNIGHT))))))))))
4- Press unlock on the rke and open drivers door
5- Connect master switch connectors
6- Start vehicle
7- All works now, including the RKE.

I just had this same issue with my 06 H3 yesterday. Just want to say thank you to everyone on here who posted helpful info. Without this forum I would have been in a tail spin. Ended up disconnecting the positive cable for about 30 min. fixed my issue.
Agree that good battery (and ground) is essential on the H3 humer.
As mentioned by the experts above. Many problems start and end with battery in the H3 and also in the remote.
When the ghosts start electrical and fuel are good places to start on mystery.
