Default Door handle fell off

A piece of my door handle fell off. See attached picture. Is this fixable or do I need to replace it. Do I have to replace the entire handle? All 4 of them? Do they still make these or is there aftermarket parts I need to look for? Or a good replacement? Thanks.

Your handle appears secure? Does it still open the door? The trim appears previously glued?

Glue/secure that trim back on, or you can get a complete replacement handle with trim. Same used for all 5 doors.

It is actually easy to replace these on the H3. Check YouTube for the video.

Glue? Seriously? Why not duct tape and wrap in Chicken Wire.
