what other vehicles has the same engine cooling fans as a 2009 hummer h3 3.7

Are you asking about US built H3s, because they have all use a mechanical clutch fan. BLADE,FAN(ACDelco #15-80698)

Option for 09-10. You can make anything work on and 07, however you're going to need mounting brackets, and wiring harness.

im assuming this would have to be run on a relay kit and thermostat as well? or is there a plug and play harness?

ahhh gotcha, what you think about a relay control unit that has a fin probe for the temp sensor to kick the fan on or something that has to tie into the factory stuff?

Probe or coolant sensor, either way, you don't want the fans running constantly.
Many options available on ebay---> hummer h3 auxiliary fan control unit
