Default Coolant completely dry - something not right

Hello everyone. I posted awhile ago about needing a new cat converter. Three months ago, I had the following done at the dealer:
Transfercase mount nuts MISSING
Right Side Cat Converter
Spark Plugs and wires
Perform Recall
Brakes:
Throttle Body Service
Immediately after I picked up my H3, I smelled a "sweet" smell every time I drive it. I was told the new cat converter could be causing it. However, after 3 months, it was getting worse. I was getting ready to take it to the desert and the coolant was completely dry. When my husband put more in, it leaked out into the driveway and we ended up taking the FJ. When we got home, we refilled it and it leaked a slight bit. I took it to work today, and it's running rough but not hot. My car has always burned a lot of oil and runs around 3/4 to the red on the temp gauge. Any suggestions why my coolant is out? Where I may have a leak or if the dealer did something because that's when the smell started?

Couple of things it could be from cheapest to most expensive-
radiator hoses
overflow catch tank
radiator (core or tanks, either way its a new radiator)
head gasket
cracked head

Leaking on each end of big plate in front. There is a smaller spit on the passsenger side front and a larger spot on the drivers side. It looks like the overflow ran out and dripped out both sides of the car.

It's the radiator! How much will that typically run?

I bought a Silla replacement off eBay and installed it myself. $179 plus some coolant and my own time. At the time folks were getting it done for about $900 at the dealership. hahahaha
