can anyone help?
Im looking for the bushing number 54 and number 9 in the pic. ...I went to a dealer and they only sell it with the bracket number 10 and number 56....so im trying to see if you guys know were I can get just the bracket online? Thanks in advance

The GM parts houses only sell the assembly. You can't get OEM bushings separately.
You can get bushings for those in this kit from Outfitter Designs.
Do It Yourself Hummer H3 Front Differential Busing Kit - OUTFITTER DESIGN
The kit also comes with the crossmember bushing replacement. Do all 3 at the same time.
Outfitter Design products are vast improvement over OEM components.
I have the Steering Rack Reinforcement kit in my H3. Great product.
