The front bumper reinforcement attaches with bolts at the bottom but there are no holes or brackets on the original bumper, does anyone have a photo of how it attaches? the holes im talking about i have circled in the photo. thanks
What year model? That part looks like 06 (or at least the older design). All I can say is it should be apparent. Once the upper tabs are fastened, the lower tabs can attach at only one spot. I presume you have it torn down so you can see everything in the area.

It is for a 07 h3, apparently after talking to someone who owns a 2010 h3 the front impact bumper from 08-10 does not have the holes for this part so apparently someone changed it out on this 07 and used a part from a newer h3... thanks for answering.
