Wondering if it is possible to get a copy of the original build sheet online?

I am based in the Middle East and tried emailing socialmedia@gm.com who advised they can only assist customers in the US.

The GM dealers here are not very helpful, so was wondering if it is possible to pull the info another way?

I had a similar issue here in Qatar. Local dealer took ages just to get it for me (in order to get insurance to cover some parts damaged in an accident that they called accessories)

Sadly the GM dealer in UAE is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I did try emailing GM Arabia, who just advise to speak withthe aforementioned chocolate teapot!

 

If its similar to how things are done in Qatar, you have to go personally to the GM dealer and meet their parts/inventory manager to request the build sheet. Take their number to press them about it too (what I did)
